Camlock coupling leakage treatment method
Most of the camlock coupling are made of stainless steel. The stainless steel is directly brazed in the vacuum furnace. If the vacuum degree is less than 10 degrees, or brazing in the hydrogen furnace, the stainless steel will be oxidized if the hydrogen dew point is higher than 60 ℃. In order to reduce the vacuum or hydrogen dew point requirements, in the stainless steel surface nickel plating and then brazing, but often produce nickel layer of foam and wrinkled skin and so on.
In order to overcome these shortcomings, as long as the surface of the brazing stainless steel parts, coated with a layer of cream paste, you can braze in a vacuum furnace. Brazing can work at low temperature (260 ℃), good air tightness, using this method of stainless steel and stainless steel and stainless steel and oxygen-free copper and other parts brazing, with high tensile strength.
One of the strengthening methods of stainless steel is to refine the grain, because the grain size has a great impact on the strength, the finer the grain, the higher the yield strength of steel.
