Black steel pipe nipples are produced by the iron oxide manufacturing process which applies heat and pressure to seamless pipe. They are then cut to size and NPT male threaded on both ends by a fabrication shop, making it easy to use with black malleable iron pipe fittings and great for easy installation.

Pre-Cut Black Pipe Nipples (from 14″” to 120″”)
Their seamless design allows them to be used in low pressure plumbing applications with water, oil, gas, chemical, steam and air. Due to its strong heat resistance and ability to resist water damage, black iron pipe is also frequently used in water supply lines and fire sprinkler systems.
Connect all your piping requirements with carbon steel nipples .Standard black and galvanized nipples come in pipe sizes from 1/8” to 8” and lengths from close to 12” long. We can manufacturer special non-standard pipe nipple lengths.
