The classification of camlock coupling
Camlock coupling is mainly used for air piping, quick connectors of pneumatic tools, no tools will be able to achieve the communication line or disconnected connector.
According to the structure can be divided into:
1.Open and close at both ends:
No link – when the mother moved to the other end of the ferrule, stainless steel beads rolling out automatically, under the force due to the sub-body mother and daughter co-operating valve spring force disconnected, the valve body and the mother of their child closed, and instantly blocking fluid flow.
Link – When the child inserted parent, rings under the action of the spring back to its original position, the locking ball rolling daughter tight connection while the valve body of the mother and child to each other and to promote open, fluid flow, O – ring completely blocked fluid leakage.
2.Open at both ends
No link – when the mother’s ring is pushed to the other side, automatic ball rolling outwards, therefore, the child is removed from the body; the daughter and mother are no valves, fluid flows outward.
Links – the parent when the child inserted ferrule is pushing action of the spring to its previous position caused by locking balls, fluid flow, wherein the O-rings to prevent leakage of fluid
3.Single retractable
No link – when the mother moved to the other end of the ferrule, stainless steel beads rolling out automatically, the sub-body reaction force by the valve spring bounce, the valve will automatically shut down to block fluid flow.
Link – When the child has a parent body is inserted into the side of the ferrule, the valve is opened causing fluid flow, power washer by the spring back to their original position, stainless steel beads will lock to ensure that the child / parent connection, the inside of the washer completely blocked fluid leakage.
Applications
Air lines, compressors, tanker,grinders, air drills, impact wrenches, screwdrivers and other pneumatic tools air transport connections with quick connector.
