The use principle of camlock coupling
A camlock coupling is a connector that does not require tools to connect or disconnect. Camlock coupling can be divided into: hydraulic camlock coupling, air camlock coupling, gas and liquid sharing camlock coupling, inert gas camlock coupling,semiconductor camlock coupling.
When the plug is inserted into the connecting hole from bottom to top, the pneumatic control valve and the plug are in turn connected with the elasticity, and the elastic joint is connected with the elastic joint, Seal seat, elastic seal, steel ball seat and ball contact, the final plug will be the ball from the top steel ball seat, open the connection hole, the fluid flow through the center hole of the plug to complete the fast docking. In the docking, the plug and the connection hole in the steel ball seat, the elastic seal seat with the gap is with only the elastic seal and the plug is in close cooperation, that is only the elastic seal on the plug to play a sealing effect. In connection with the plug and disconnect the operation, insert, the plug in the open hole before the first contact with the elastic seal to form a seal; and pull out, the plug from the elastic seal before the ball has been blocking the connection hole. This is why camlock coupling doesn’t have paint leakage when plug connect and disconnect.
